Ambassador meeting/lunch will be at Costa Brava

Costa Brava will be serving a tasting plate featuring three of their signature Peruvian dishes:

Pollo a la Brasa – Peru's famous rotisserie chicken, marinated with garlic, herbs, and spices, then roasted until crispy.
Arroz con Mariscos – Traditional Peruvian seafood rice with shrimp, squid, mussels, and flavorful seasonings.
Seco de Res – Slow-cooked beef stew with cilantro, peppers, and spices, served with traditional sides.

The mission of the Committee is to promote a positive community image and serve as goodwill ambassadors at Chamber and community functions such as ribbon cuttings, new business openings, ground breakings, business relocations and other networking events.
