LOCATION:Costa Brava (104 S Main St Ste 112) Ambassador meeting/lunch will be at Costa Brava Costa Brava will be serving a tasting plate featuring three of their signature Peruvian dishes: Pollo a la Brasa Peru's famous rotisserie chicken\, marinated with garlic\, herbs\, and spices\, then roasted until crispy. Arroz con Mariscos Traditional Peruvian seafood rice with shrimp\, squid\, mussels\, and flavorful seasonings. Seco de Res Slow-cooked beef stew with cilantro\, peppers\, and spices\, served with traditional sides.
