Role Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. If you know your way around QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and enjoy keeping things organized and on-time, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks: AP/AR, invoices, receipts, and vendor management
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Create and format spreadsheets, letters, and presentations in Microsoft Office; update internal templates and trackers
• Support office operations: scheduling, email/phone correspondence, document prep, and general admin tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors (accountants, suppliers, clients) to meet deadlines


Required Qualifications
• Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop —hands-on AP/AR and reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel formulas and formatting, Word styles, Outlook calendars, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality with financial data
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with team members and vendors
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment
