Customer Service Agent - Aberdeen Hertz Thrifty Car Rental

Looking for a part-time job with steady extra income?

Hertz Thrifty Car Rental at the Aberdeen Regional Airport is hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role is perfect if you want consistent hours, independent work, guaranteed pay, and the ability to earn $800+ per month.

What You’ll Earn:

• $20/hour
• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) – day and evening shifts (cover flight arrivals) – guaranteed pay for 8hrs over those two days
• Weeknight late flight coverage (around 9:00 PM) – guaranteed pay for 1 hour per night
• Additional hours available during busy seasons, vacations, and special projects

What You’ll Do:

• Meet arriving flights and greet customers
• Help customers with rentals (including walk-ups)
• Clean and prep vehicles (wash, vacuum, ready to rent)
• Make sure each car is safe and ready to go
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Wear comfortable, but customer-friendly clothing - no uniforms
