Provide administrative support to the Extension Regional Center and its 4–12 staff members. Manage day-to-day office operations while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining databases and fiscal records, tracking program account expenditures and incoming fees, applying appropriate fiscal codes, verifying invoices and requisitions, and preparing vouchers as needed.
Knowledge of:
- Computer software applications (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook,)
- Business English including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Database management
- Customer service practices
