Please join us to hear a presentation by Nathan Sanderson, Executive Director, South Dakota Retailers Association, on Initiated Measure 28, the Consumable Tax Measure which will be on the November ballot. IM28 would prohibit a state sales tax on anything sold for human consumption, except alcoholic beverages or prepared food.
