The Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the 2025 ABBY Awards, a prestigious evening celebrating the individuals, businesses, and organizations that drive progress and inspire excellence in our community. In addition to honoring remarkable business and individual achievements, the evening will feature the graduation of the 2025 Leadership Aberdeen Class, adding another layer of celebration to this inspiring night.

This year, we focused on maximizing the value of our members’ time by uniting the Community Champions Awards, ABBY Awards, and Leadership Aberdeen Graduation into one impactful event. We are excited to celebrate the individuals and organizations that drive progress and embody the pride of our region.

This year’s ABBY Awards will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Aberdeen, SD. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a social, followed by dinner. The awards ceremony will commence at 7:15 p.m., where 13 new and revamped awards will be presented across various categories. Tickets for the event are available for $75 per individual or $650 for a reserved table of eight. Registrations due by March 24, 2025!

• Chamber Rockstar Award: For individuals who have gone above and beyond in supporting the Chamber and its mission.
• Chamber Business Champion Award: Celebrating a business or organization that exemplifies advocacy, involvement, and leadership.
• Spark Award: Recognizing a new Chamber member (within the last year) for immediate and impactful contributions.

• Top 4 Under 40: Honoring four young leaders (ages 25–39) who demonstrate exceptional leadership and civic engagement.
• Legacy of Service Award: Celebrating individuals whose dedication has left a lasting impact on the community.
• ViTality Award: Recognizing visionary leadership driving economic growth and progress in the spirit of Vi Stoia.

• Community Impact Award: For businesses that have significantly improved the community through contributions and initiatives.
• Customer Care Award: Celebrating businesses known for their exceptional customer service.
• Heart of Service Award: Recognizing nonprofit organizations committed to serving others.
• Wellness Warrior Award: Honoring businesses prioritizing health and well-being through wellness initiatives.
• Cultivator of Progress Award: Celebrating innovation and empowerment in agribusiness, manufacturing, or technology.
• People’s Choice Award: Chosen by popular vote, this award honors a business or organization that has captured the community’s hearts.
