TEAM stands for Talent Engagement, Acquisition, & Management, and this one-day event welcomes business owners, employers, HR professionals, and managers from Aberdeen and surrounding areas. After gathering valuable insights from last year, we’re committed to making this conference even more impactful.
We’re pleased to announce Vaney Hariri of Think 3D Solutions as our kick-off keynote speaker and breakout presenter. As co-founder and co-author of "Think 3D – A Radical New Approach to Maximizing the Potential of Your Team," Vaney brings over 15 years of experience in fostering intentional cultures across various community levels. His leadership in major organizations has led to enhanced performance, engagement, and reduced attrition, all stemming from his genuine and effective communication style. He believes that workplace culture is the new currency.
In addition, we’ll feature keynote presentations by Dr. Thom Flamboe from Black Hills State University and Amber Henderson from Northern State University, along with 10 breakout sessions throughout the day.
