Registration and Breakfast are from 7:45 am - 8:15 am with the program following.  The topic will give employers ways to introduce healthy living into their work environments. Speakers will include:Derik Budig\, Aberdeen Family YMCA. Budig has an extensive background in health and fitness and will speak about the benefits of having fit employees and ideas to help promote fitness within the workplace.Janet Hedges\, 3M. Hedges will give an overview of the programs offered at 3M to promote fitness and will give tips on what other businesses can do.
