LOCATION:It's ChristMoose with the Chamber! 12:30 pm- Help load from the Chamber (only need 3-4) 1:00 pm- Arrive at the DEC to set up/decorate 2:30 pm- Moose Stables open (businesses will start dropping off their Moose) 3:30 pm- Diplomat visit to ANN Bookkeeping\, will only need a handful of you to go. 4:30 pm- ALL Diplomats arrive at the DEC for the night 5:15 pm- Doors Open Food\, Beverages\, and Betting Windows will be available for the guest Volunteers: Betting Window Door Greeter Split Pot Moose Taylor (High Roller) Andrew Jon Ben V Grace Kayla Hannah Ashley Lane Amanda Geena Sadie Ben E Sarah Abby L Betting Window: You will be assigned a window that night\, you will need to stay at your window for the whole time or until betting has closed for the night Door Greeter: Helping guest find a spot to sit for the night/helping the reserved guest find their reserved tables Split Pot: We will be selling necklaces (like split pot) as additional chances to win at a game.
