DESCRIPTION:On August 30th\, Aberdeen will welcome back its college students and showcase all the community has to offer at the 6th Annual Collegepalooza! The event starts at 4:00 pm and goes until 6:00 pm. \n \n\nThe event\, which is free and open to the public\, will also include drawings for scholarships. Students can learn more about what Aberdeen has to offer\, from restaurants\, entertainment\, products and services\, churches and so much more.\n\n \n\nThe event provides a chance for businesses to promote their products and services and potentially find employees. It also gives the community a chance to interact with NSU and PC students and learn more about each other.\n\n \n\nPlanning for the event has been a collaborative effort that has included the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce\, Aberdeen Downtown Association\, Northern State University\, and Presentation College.\n\n \n\nCost for businesses to participate is only $25.00. Businesses are provided with one 10' x 10" space on Main Street and are asked to bring their own table\, chairs\, tents as well as approximately 300-400 giveaways for students.\n\n \n\nReserve your spot by registering here or by calling the Chamber at 225-2860. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
