DESCRIPTION:The Annual Ag Appreciation Banquet is hosted by the Chamber's Ag Committee and sponsored by local businesses. The event is our way to thank the farm and ranch families in and around the Aberdeen area for their hard work and dedication to the industry\, as well as their patronage of area businesses.\nThe event will be held on Friday\, November 11\, 2016 at the Dakota Event Center.The social starts at 5:30 pm\, with dinner and program starting at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $5.00. If you want tickets\, send your payment along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Chamber at PO Box 1179\, Aberdeen\, SD 57402-1179 by November 7\, 2016. You can also pick them up and pay for them by stopping at the Chamber office at 516 S. Main St.\, Aberdeen\, SD. We are open Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.\nEntertainment will be provided by Jared Sherlock. Jared is an award-winning American magician\, comedian\, producer and author.  He began his love of the art of magic at the very early age of eight. His "hobby" became a profession by the time he was thirteen.  He is currently performing over 150 shows a year nationwide and was most recently named the Minneapolis Indie Performing Artist of the Year.
