Lunch, which is optional, will be Acadian Jambalaya from Minerva’s Taste of New Orleans menu (blackened chicken, andouille, tasso, trinity, smoked gouda, cream). $15 per person if you choose to eat.
Reminder for 2020: if you order lunch and you do not show up, you will still be charged for the meal because the Chamber has paid for it. Brown bag lunches are also welcomed.
